Custom Handbags:
All bags are handmade so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from your
purchase date. I am happy to accommodate any order, so if you need your
handbag by a specific date, just ask!
US customers please allow 3-4 weeks with delivery.
International customers please allow 5-6 weeks with delivery.
If you receive your bag in a damaged state I will repair or replace it. All repairs
within 30 days are free of charge or hassle to you.
Please keep in mind that all bags are handmade and may vary from piece to
piece (pattern placement, etc). I want you to be happy with your purchase so
please feel free to consult with me prior to ordering if you have special requests.
Exchanges can be made within 2 weeks of purchase date. At this time, refunds
will be granted within 2 weeks in the form of a merchandise credit or exchange.
